Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (registration).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees. If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay a proportionate amount for services provided until withdrawal. Your stored data will be deleted after withdrawal.
TradeScope is currently free of charge. Because you provide personal data when using it, the right of withdrawal still applies under § 312(1a) BGB. Independently of this, you can delete your account at any time under Profile → Account.
